These are the only authorized HYTORC Repair Facilities in the west. Both repair facilities enable us to provide our customers with excellent customer service. You can expect fast and friendly service from Hytorc West and JETYD Powered by HYTORC. The repair department’s average turn around is one to two weeks on tools or pumps. How the Hytorc West Repair Facilities Operates:
· The broken or damaged item(s) are shipped to us.
· Once received by us the item(s) are torn down and inspected.
· We will then contact the customer with a repair estimate either via fax, phone or email.
· The customer will have the option to approve the repair or to replace the item(s) if it is considered Beyond Economical Repair (BER).
· Upon approval of the repair and/or calibration, the item(s) will be repaired, tested, calibrated and returned to the customer.
