This is the only authorized HYTORC Repair Facility in the west. Our repair facility enables us to provide our customers with excellent service. You can expect fast and friendly service from Hytorc West. The repair department’s average turn around is one to two weeks on tools or pumps. We now provide an on-site repair and preventative maintenance service. Please call the repair office for scheduling.
How the Hytorc West Repair Facility Operates:
· The broken or damaged item is shipped to us.
· Once received by us the item is torn down and inspected.
· We will then contact the customer with a repair estimate either by fax, phone or email.
· The customer will have the option to approve the repair or to replace the item if it is considered Beyond Economical Repair (BER).
· Upon approval of the repair and/or calibration, the item will be repaired, tested, calibrated and returned to the customer.
